BOSS SOLUTIONS GLOBAL SDN BHD is seeking an HRMS Implementation Executive to drive project implementation and serve as the primary liaison between customers and our R&D team. This role offers exposure to multiple industries and opportunities to grow technical and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent Time Management and ability to monitor multiple project implementations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time.
• 2+ years in IT software solutions preferred.
• Willing to travel and implement at customer offices.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred.
• Fluent in English.

Focus on Building Customer Relationship and Timeline

Five 5 working days per week from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

As a HRMS Implementation Executive, you will be the key contact person to implement project and collaboration between our customers and to our R&D Team. This position will give you the opportunity to talk and present to numerous people of all levels from different industries. You will be able to grow and groom on your project implementation technical skillset and customer relationships in achieving company objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Excellent in Time Management & Monitoring multiple project implementations.

Ensure project are delivered on time.

Experienced in implementing others Software Solutions (HR, Accounting or ERP Solutions) will be advantaged.

Gather and document customer requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Good Communication Skill, Self-Driven, Committed, Result Orientated, Friendly, and Outspoken. (Positive attitudes are important!)

Prior working experience in IT Software Solutions (min 2 years or above).

Willing to travel, possess own transport and implementation at customer office.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology would be great.

Able to converse fluently in English.
