Job summary

Whyze Solutions Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Project & Support Executive to bridge our HRIS technology with clients. This hands‑on role leads system implementations and provides expert daily support to maximise the value of our HR platform.

You will manage full lifecycle projects, onboard new customers, configure systems, migrate data, train users, and collaborate with Product, Tech, and Support teams to drive continuous improvement across regional clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle of new customer implementation projects.
• Conduct kick‑off meetings to align project timelines, milestones, and objectives with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely project delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through system setup and onboarding.
• Understand clients’ HR and payroll requirements, ensuring our solutions are well‑aligned with their needs.
• Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication throughout the entire client journey.
• Configure HR & Payroll systems in accordance with client requirements.
• Support data import, validation, and migration processes to ensure accuracy and a smooth go‑live.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
• Conduct engaging user training sessions (onsite or virtual), making the learning experience simple and effective.
• Provide post-go‑live support to ensure clients are confident and comfortable using the system.
• Share best practices to help clients maximize the value of the software.
• Gather client feedback to continuously improve processes and product features.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Support teams to enhance project delivery and drive continuous improvement.
