Doo Group is seeking a skilled HRIS professional to support system development, data analysis, and HR process optimization across recruitment, attendance, payroll, and performance management. You will coordinate with internal teams and external resources to implement efficient HRIS solutions.

You will build analytical reports and data models to assist HR decision-making, while delivering user training and ongoing system support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of HRIS experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork; able to manage projects and deliver on goals.
• Analytical thinking with data analysis, feedback collection and iteration.
• Proficient in SQL, Power BI and Python for data processing.
• Experience with HR processes (recruitment, attendance, payroll, performance).

DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

System Development & Optimization

• Coordinate internal and external team resources to drive the development, testing, launch and rollout of HRIS, and ensure stable system operation.
• Dig into and analyze business requirements for the existing HRIS (Lark). Design and optimize HR processes including recruitment, attendance, payroll and performance management. Compile technical proposals and system designs, implement solutions into functional features, track outcomes continuously and improve user experience iteratively.
• Build data reports and analytical models to support HR decision-making, such as workforce cost analysis and talent structure analysis.

Data Management & Security

• Establish data standards and specifications to guarantee the accuracy, integrity and security of HR data.
• Conduct regular system data audits, drive data quality improvement and mitigate potential data risks.

User Support & Training

• Deliver system operation training and technical support to employees and HRBPs, and troubleshoot issues arising from system usage.
• Collect user feedback to continuously optimize system functions and user experience.
• Participate in corporate digital transformation projects, and cooperate with the IT team and business departments to advance digital innovation in HR scenarios.
• Keep track of the latest HR technology trends, and adopt new technologies such as AI and automation tools to improve the efficiency of HR services.

What we’re looking for:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with no less than 3 years of working experience in HRIS. Solid knowledge of HR expertise and relevant business processes is required.
• Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills. Capable of effectively managing project progress, integrating resources and ensuring goal delivery.
• Sound logical thinking, able to independently resolve problems and propose innovative solutions.
• Keen data awareness for product and operation work. Skilled in data analysis, feedback collection and product iteration.
• Proficient in data processing and analysis tools including SQL, Power BI and Python.
• Basic programming skills in Python, Shell are preferred.
• Prior experience in implementing Lark, Microsoft 365 or similar systems is preferred.
• Able to use English as a working language.

Preferred:

• Practical experience and successful cases of driving productivity improvement via Lark.
