Job summary

Doo Group is seeking a skilled HRIS professional to support system development, data analysis, and HR process optimization across recruitment, attendance, payroll, and performance management. You will coordinate with internal teams and external resources to implement efficient HRIS solutions.

You will build analytical reports and data models to assist HR decision-making, while delivering user training and ongoing system support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of HRIS experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork; able to manage projects and deliver on goals.
• Analytical thinking with data analysis, feedback collection and iteration.
• Proficient in SQL, Power BI and Python for data processing.
• Experience with HR processes (recruitment, attendance, payroll, performance).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external resources to develop and roll out HRIS projects.
• Analyze business requirements and optimize HR processes (recruitment, attendance, payroll).
• Build data reports and models to support HR decision-making.
• Deliver system operation training and user support; drive digital transformation in HR.
