Job summary

Revion Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive, Digital Transformation (IT) to lead digital initiatives across the group. You will drive workflow automation, streamline processes and partner with management to improve efficiency.

The role requires hands-on experience with Lark features, strong communication skills and the ability to train staff on new digital tools and forms.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in IT, information systems, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in digital transformation or system implementation.
• Hands-on with Lark, especially Base, Approvals and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives across the organisation.
• Explore, implement and optimise Lark features, workflows and automation tools.
• Identify opportunities to digitalise manual processes and streamline daily operations.
• Develop digital forms, approval workflows, dashboards and tracking systems.
• Collaborate with Heads of Departments to identify operational challenges and implement effective digital solutions.
• Support the implementation and integration of HR, Finance, ERP and project management systems.
• Explore AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance business productivity.
• Conduct employee training, provide user support and encourage digital system adoption.
• Prepare user guides, SOPs and system documentation.
• Monitor implementation progress and report improvements to Management.

Senior Executive, Digital Transformation (IT)

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy individual to drive digital transformation, workflow automation and business process improvements across Revion Group. The successful candidate will work closely with Management and various departments to implement digital solutions, enhance productivity and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Drive digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Explore, implement and optimise Lark features, workflows and automation tools.

Identify opportunities to digitalise manual processes and streamline daily operations.

Develop digital forms, approval workflows, dashboards and tracking systems.

Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to identify operational challenges and implement effective digital solutions.

Support the implementation and integration of HR, Finance, ERP and project management systems.

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, workflow automation, business process improvement or system implementation.

Hands‑on experience with Lark, particularly Lark Base, Approval and workflow automation, is strongly preferred.

Good knowledge of digital tools, workflow design, process automation and system integration.

Experience with ERP, HR systems, AI tools or other business management platforms is an added advantage.

Strong communication, presentation and employee training skills.

Patient, approachable and able to guide employees with different levels of technical knowledge.

Confident in coordinating and following up with HODs and Management.

Proactive, independent, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities.
