Malaysia Marine & Heavy Engineering seeks a People Analyst (HR) who loves turning data into workforce insights to guide planning and HR decision-making. You will analyze HR data, benchmark against markets, and prepare leadership reports to support strategic choices.

The role includes manpower budgeting, headcount governance with HRBPs and Finance, and assisting organization design, job evaluation, and job architecture while ensuring governance and compliance with HR policies and legal

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Sociology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in planning, strategy, analytics, or C&B.
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills and analytical mindset.
• Familiar with Employment Act, HR governance, and data-driven HR practices.
