Job summary

OSOME is seeking an experienced candidate for HR Operations to own HiBob, manage data quality, and drive payroll and people analytics across markets. You will design dashboards, influence stakeholders, and deliver cross-functional People projects in a fast-growing, remote-friendly setting.

You will partner with Finance and local teams to ensure accurate reporting, implement AI-enabled improvements, and foster an inclusive employee experience across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations or a broad HR role with operational responsibility.
• HiBob experience strongly preferred and HRIS ownership required.
• Strong ability to analyze people data and tell clear stories.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional People projects.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across locations/time zones and use AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HiBob as a trusted source of people data with high quality and adoption.
• Build dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, engagement and more.
• Support payroll inputs and resolve payroll queries with Finance and partners.
• Collaborate with People Partners to deliver global programmes in markets.
• Lead process improvements and automation to reduce manual work.
• Champion inclusive employee experience across locations and backgrounds.
