Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive performance management, total rewards, and talent initiatives for the plant in Penang. You will partner with plant leaders to enable performance excellence, engage employees, and ensure governance and compliance across HR programs.

The role requires 5+ years in Human Resources, strong analytics, and expertise in compensation, benefits, and organizational effectiveness, with a manufacturing focus preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant's performance management cycle, including reviews and calibration.
• Administer annual salary reviews, bonuses, and merit increases.
• Partner with plant leadership on talent management and workforce strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations; support HR transformation initiatives.
