Hartalega is seeking a seasoned HR professional to manage the full spectrum of Performance Management and Total Rewards. This role will shape compensation structures, incentive programs, job architecture, and governance to support business performance.

The incumbent will drive analytics, provide coaching, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining market competitiveness. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in related HR functions are required, with on-site duties in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance and Rewards or related HR function.
• Expertise in compensation and benefits management, including incentives.

Responsibilities

• Govern Performance Management and Total Rewards policies and programs.
• Manage compensation, benefits, promotions, and benchmarking.
• Oversee STI/LTI programs, bonuses, and equity-based schemes.
• Draft fixed-term contracts ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Oversee full cycle of Performance Management System, including calibration.
• Develop performance and rewards analytics for decision making.
• Provide training and coaching to build capabilities.
• Monitor market trends to keep frameworks competitive.
• Develop organization structure and job architecture to align with needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
