Job summary

Ferrotec Manufacturing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented HR professional to manage full-cycle recruitment.

You will collaborate with the Manufacturing team to forecast DL headcount, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers to ensure right fit and timely hires. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HRM or Business Administration and has at least 2 years' experience in recruitment, with strong communication and organizational skills to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration or similar field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in staff recruitment or equivalent related function.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Team attitude, exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and willingness to put in effort required to do the job right the first time.
• Helpful, good listener and approachable for all level of staff.
• Recruitment of DL & IDL.
• Management of the new hire reporting activities with proper documentation update and filing for future reference & audit.
• Build strong rapport with the Hiring Manager to understand the requirements of the job opening as well as the required knowledge, skillset and attitude of the candidates to achieve right match.
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities from posting of job opening, candidates' sourcing, screening, interviewing arrangement and recommendation of shortlisted candidates to the respective Hiring Manager.
• Best Known Method sharing to Hiring Managers on all aspects of the hiring process including the strategies, interviewing skills, and some of the good practices.
• Work closely with the Manufacturing team to understand the DL headcount requirements to meet the specified timeline.
• Upkeep a systematic tracking of the recruitment progress with periodic update to the stakeholders or Hiring Manager for better alignment.
