Job summary

Kapar Energy Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (KEV) invites applications for an HR Executive to coordinate training programs at the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Power Plant in Kapar, Klang, Selangor.

The role supports HRDF grants, performance management, CSR, payroll documentation, and recruitment with emphasis on accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate holds a HRM degree, has at least 2 years of experience, and is proficient in MS Office with strong communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and Malaysian labour regulations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Confidentiality and handling sensitive information professionally.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs and manage the Training Master Plan.
• Handle HRDF grants, claims, and compliance.
• Execute performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
• Organize induction, leadership, technical, and soft skills training.
• Coordinate welfare programs, engagement activities, internship, and quarters admin.
• Plan and execute CSR initiatives and support HR activities.
• Coordinate and support internal/external HR audits with records and corrective actions.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation; perform other HR/administrative duties.
• Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and exit management.
• Assist in payroll documentation, benefits, statutory matters (EPF, PERKESO, EIS), and HR records.
• Assist in employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and labour-law compliance.
