Job summary

KLINIK PERGIGIAN SYARIFAH is seeking an HR Executive to drive training initiatives, manage CPD points for APC renewals, and maintain the training dashboard. The role focuses on identifying gaps, planning staff development, and coordinating internal and external training with a strong emphasis on service quality.

The successful candidate will oversee induction programs, budget-based training planning, and alignment with HRDF or government-supported schemes while supporting the People Department's

Responsibilities

• Drive arrangement training for Dentist to collect CPD points for APC renewal.
• Maintain and update the training dashboard monthly with complete and accurate records.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify performance gaps among KPS staff.
• Arrange training programs to resolve performance issues.
• Plan training paths for each staff member according to budget.
• Research and register for subsidized training via HRDF or government bodies.
• Track and execute internal/external training and workshops under GiGiT Academy.
• Monitor staff skills (technical and soft) in Operations to ensure good customer service.
• Manage end-to-end registration for external training.
• Plan annual individual training for all staff.
• Provide quarterly induction training and explain company policy to new staff.
• Support other tasks within People Department as requested by Top Management.
