Zusammenfassung

Kum Fatt Engineering Sdn Bhd (KFESB) is seeking an HR professional to support workforce planning and end-to-end recruitment for HQ and project sites in Malaysia. You will coordinate with project managers, monitor lead times, and build talent pipelines for critical roles.

You will handle employee relations, ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, liaise with government bodies, and contribute to performance management and HR reporting. Prior multi-site HR experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and labour laws.
• Experience in multi-site workforce management (HQ and project sites).
• Ability to develop, implement, and administer HR policies and SOPs.
• Experience in payroll verification, compensation, benefits, and statutory contributions.

Aufgaben

• Assist in workforce planning aligned with business growth and project requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: ads, screening, interviews, onboarding.
• Coordinate with project managers to fulfill manpower for HQ and sites.
• Monitor recruitment lead time and develop talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and guidance on HR issues.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and liaise with government agencies (JTK, PERKESO, KWSP).
• Support performance management systems, KPI monitoring, and employee appraisals.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data for management decisions.
• Assist in payroll verification and administer benefits, leave, and statutory contributions.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices across the organisation.
• Maintain HR records and support digital HR/ERP implementations.
• Monitor ISO management systems compliance and statutory audits.
• Oversee daily HR operations and supervise HR Executives and admin staff.
