Upright Talent in Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to support daily HR operations, training coordination, and recruitment onboarding. You will liaise with multiple departments to identify training needs, maintain records, and ensure HR policy compliance while supporting attendance, leave, and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, Training or Learning & Development is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily HR operations and employee matters.
• Coordinate employee training and development programmes.
• Liaise with departments to identify training needs.
• Maintain training records and HR documentation.
• Assist with recruitment and employee onboarding.
• Handle attendance, leave and other HR administration.
• Prepare HR reports and support HR-related projects.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in other HR duties as required.
