You will liaise with multiple departments to identify training needs, maintain records, and ensure HR policy compliance while supporting attendance, leave, and reporting tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in HR, Training or Learning & Development is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Handle daily HR operations and employee matters.
• Coordinate employee training and development programmes.
• Liaise with departments to identify training needs.
• Maintain training records and HR documentation.
• Assist with recruitment and employee onboarding.
• Handle attendance, leave and other HR administration.
• Prepare HR reports and support HR-related projects.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in other HR duties as required.
