Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned HR professional to manage performance management processes, including goal setting, talent reviews, and calibration. The role will lead succession planning and talent identification for critical roles and partner with business leaders to assess workforce capability and address talent gaps.

You will analyze talent metrics to provide insights supporting strategic workforce planning and assist in change management and organizational development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience with strong exposure to talent management, learning and development, or organizational development.
• Minimum 3 years experience in talent review, succession planning, competency frameworks, and performance management.
