Job summary

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in talent review, succession planning, competency frameworks, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, talent reviews, and performance calibration.
  • Lead succession planning and talent identification initiatives for critical roles.
  • Partner with business leaders to assess workforce capability and address talent gaps.
  • Analyze talent metrics and provide insights to support strategic workforce planning.
  • Support change management and organizational development projects.
