• Computer literacy and confidence with HR systems and databases.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update HR system to meet management information needs.
• Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR and ensure compliance.
• Administer employee benefits including insurance and claims.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews and hiring activities, including open interviews with education institutions.
• Plan orientation for new employees to ensure understanding of rules and terms.
