Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking an HR System Support and Project Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur to ensure clients receive exceptional service for HR systems and related services. You will understand client needs, provide guidance, and coordinate with the IT team to manage HR projects effectively.

The role requires a degree in Computer Science/IT and 3+ years in customer support with at least 1 year using HR systems, plus strong documentation and multi-tasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Recognized University Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer support with at least 1 year of experience using HR Systems.
• Proven experience in customer support, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and services is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in documenting system requirements and processes.
• Experience in data migration is a plus.
• Ability to be accurate and detail-oriented in all tasks.
• Willing to work based on the client’s business work days and office hours.
• Willing to explore and expand knowledge on an on-going basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs related to our HR systems.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients concerning our HR system and services.
• Handle and respond to client feedback, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the IT team to plan and initiate HR system projects with clients.
• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure alignment with internal and client requirements.
