CEKAP LINK TECH SDN. BHD. is seeking an HR Operations & Systems Executive/Supervisor for Malaysia and regional teams.

The role blends HR operations with systems work, maintaining HR platforms, managing Lark access, supporting payroll, and driving improvements for smoother quarterly HR processes. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in a related field, has 3+ years in HRSSC/HRIS, and demonstrates strong Excel skills, data handling, and cross-cultural collaboration across SEA.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR, information management, CS, finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years in HRSSC, HRIS, HR Operations, or shared services.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle, payroll processing, access & permissions.
• Advanced Excel: formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning.
• Experience in HR system implementation and UAT testing.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural coordination.
• Knowledge of SEA HR practices and local labour law is a plus.
• Mandarin skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day operations and maintenance of HR systems for Malaysia and regional markets.
• Respond to system incidents, data discrepancies, and user queries.
• Handle the full employee lifecycle: joining, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Support payroll processing and employee enquiries on HR matters.
• Assist local HR with events, training coordination, and other operational tasks.
• Build and maintain the org structure in Lark; own the full account lifecycle.
• Configure roles and permissions during joins/transfers/promotions/leaves to keep access secure.
• Gather local business requirements, run testing, support go-lives, and train end users.
• Drive digital process improvements to lift local HR efficiency.
• Other ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned by management.
