Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate HR systems and perform data entry accurately and timely.
• Support monthly and ad-hoc reporting for SEA Countries.
• Serve as the point of contact for local HR colleagues to resolve HR system issues.
• Escalate issues and missing data promptly to ensure resolution.
• Back up other operation tasks and maintain high-quality SSC service levels.
