Job summary

Dynaciate, a TECO Group company in Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead HR operations and talent acquisition in support of the company’s rapid growth in AIDC (AI Data Center), engineering, and manufacturing businesses.

This role will oversee recruitment, HR operations, organizational development, and HR governance while partnering closely with business leaders, project teams, and TECO HQ.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering, project site, manufacturing, and technical positions.
• Oversee HR operations, organizational development, and HR governance.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and TECO Group policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR team across Malaysia, including Johor Bahru and project site locations.
• Review, standardize, and enhance HR policies, processes, and systems to support growth.
• Improve employee engagement, performance management, retention, and compensation practices.
• Manage employee relations matters, disciplinary cases, and workplace communications.
