Job summary

Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Human Resources Officer in Malaysia to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll, and training.

You will organize interviews, coordinate with departments, maintain personnel files, and support onboarding and probation evaluations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires a diploma or degree in HRM or related fields, with at least 1 year of HR experience; fresh graduates fluent in Mandarin are welcome.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: post vacancies, screen resumes, schedule interviews and onboarding status.
• Coordinate recruitment needs across departments and maintain recruitment channels.
• Organize online and on-site interviews and collect feedback for hiring decisions.
• Maintain recruitment data and talent pool for key positions.
