Job summary

DHL Group is seeking a Graduate Trainee in APAC based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia to join the Payroll team. You will support accurate, timely payroll processing and gain hands-on experience across the payroll cycle while adhering to company policy and data privacy requirements.

The program runs for 18 months on a full-time contract with development opportunities across the HR Services network in DHL Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business admin, or related field.
• Above 3.0 CGPA / Second Class upper (Hons).
• Less than 1 year of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned payroll cycles from input collection through payroll validation, reporting and post-payroll activities.
• Collect, review and validate approved payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, salary changes, allowances and deductions.
• Enter or upload approved payroll inputs into the payroll system accurately and within timelines.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in HR / Business Administration
