• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Process changes to HR programs and policies in accordance with guidelines.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS or manually.
• Data may include personal information, job history, retirement/insurance documentation, leave accrual, illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for management or external agencies.
