• Meet or exceed schedule adherence and reliability standards.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, communication, accuracy, and active listening to customer requests.
• Handle high-volume, low-complexity tasks such as navigation, redirects, and simple data changes.
• Focus on productivity, concierge service, operational excellence and time management.
