Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Associate, HR Service Center in Malaysia. You will maintain employee information, ensure accuracy, and support HR management and planning in line with legal obligations.

You will process changes to HR programs, manage records in HRIS, compile data for reports, and respond to enquiries from employees and managers while protecting privacy and confidentiality. The role offers exposure to international HR processes and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining employee records in HRIS or manually.
• Ability to analyze HR data and prepare reports for management.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to privacy and confidentiality.
• Ability to respond effectively to enquiries from employees and managers.
• Knowledge of human resource processes, policies, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Process changes to HR programs and policies following guidelines.
• Maintain employee records accurately and securely in HRIS.
• Manage data such as personal information, job history, and salary progression.
• Analyze data and prepare management reports for legal or external agencies.
• Respond to enquiries from employees, managers and external agencies while upholding privacy.
