Vemax Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible and independent Senior HR Executive to oversee the full spectrum of HR operations in Malaysia. The role covers recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, HR documentation, and policy management.
You will handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, attendance and leave monitoring, as well as maintain HR policies and employee records. English and Mandarin skills are advantageous for cross-cultural communication.
We are looking for a responsible and independent Senior HR Executive to handle the company's full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, HR documentation, company policies.
Key responsibilities
Handle recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview arrangement and offer preparation.
Manage onboarding, confirmation, transfer, resignation and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee personal files, contracts, HR letters, warning letters and employee records.
Assist in monthly payroll preparation, including attendance, leave, overtime, claims, allowances and deductions.
Monitor attendance, lateness, leave records, employee discipline and performance-related matters.
Handle employee relations matters, counselling, disciplinary issues, warning letters and performance improvement plans.
Maintain and update company HR policies, employee handbook, HR forms and internal procedures.
Ensure HR processes are properly implemented, documented and improved where necessary.
Independently handle daily HR matters and provide HR support to management and employees.
Assist in probation review, confirmation, performance appraisal and KPI documentation.
About you
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a full spectrum HR role.
Able to handle HR matters independently with minimal supervision.
Familiar with recruitment, payroll coordination, HR administration, employee relations and disciplinary matters.
Knowledge of Malaysia employment practices, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB will be an advantage.
Experience in maintaining HR policies, employee handbook and HR processes will be an advantage.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organized and able to handle confidential matters.
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
