APM CORPORATE SERVICES SDN BHD is seeking an Executive, Human Resources (Rewards & Performance) to join its Port Klang team. You will support the design and execution of performance management processes and compensation frameworks across the group, coordinating salary reviews, incentives, and recognition programs.

Responsibilities include annual and mid-year performance appraisal facilitation, data tracking, SOP support for C&B and performance, and generating analytics to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HR/Business/Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance management and rewards.
• Solid knowledge of compensation structures.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of compensation and rewards frameworks.
• Coordinate annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and recognition programs.
• Assist in market benchmarking and salary surveys for external competitiveness.
• Maintain employee databases for compensation, benefits, and performance data.
• Analyze data to prepare reports on turnover costs and performance Completion rates.
• Propose improvements to performance programs and reward systems.
