Job summary

Wolfspeed in Malaysia is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment activities and HR operations across the country.

You will post job adverts, screen CVs, conduct candidate interviews, and arrange interviews for overseas managers. You’ll also perform reference checks, onboarding, exits, and HR administration while helping coordinate employee activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience, or related experience.
• Exposure in electronics manufacturing or semiconductor industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment activity for Malaysia including posting job advertisements and screening CVs.
• Conduct HR interviews with shortlisted candidates and arrange interviews for hiring managers in other countries.
• Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
• Conduct orientation for new hires and exit interviews for departing employees.
• Support admin function of Malaysia as needed.
• Assist organizing employee activities for Malaysia employees.

Job description

• Assist recruitment activity for Malaysia which include supporting job requisition management in Workday, posting job advertisement, screening and downloading CVs from local recruiting sites, etc.
• Conduct HR interview with the shortlisted candidates and set up interview for hiring managers who may locate in other countries
• Conduct reference check for shortlisted candidates
• Conduct orientation for new hires and exit interviews for departing employees
• Support admin function of Malaysia as needed
• Assist organizing employee activities for Malaysia employees

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years human resources experience, or other related experience
• Exposure in electronics manufacturing or semiconductor industry preferred
