Job description

ROLE PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to Support the company's business growth by building a proactive talent pipeline, improving recruitment effectiveness, strengthening employer branding and delivering a positive candidate experience. The role will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, develop appropriate sourcing strategies, coordinate selection processes, and facilitate timely hiring decisions. The role contributes to maintaining an engaged and capable workforce that supports business growth, operational continuity, and customer service excellence.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition and job posting through candidate selection, offer coordination, and onboarding handover.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, workforce needs, and recruitment priorities.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, career fairs, educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and other appropriate channels to attract qualified talent.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions to support current and future manpower requirements.
Strengthen the Company's employer presence by participating in career fairs, campus recruitment, networking events, and other talent attraction initiatives.
Review the effectiveness of recruitment channels and sourcing strategies, and recommend continuous improvements to improve candidate quality, fill rate, and recruitment lead time.

Candidate Assessment & Selection

Review applications and conduct HR screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, competencies, behavioural attributes and organisational fit.
Prepare candidate assessments and recruitment recommendations for hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews, assessments and recruitment activities to ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing

Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to strengthen the Company's visibility and attractiveness as an employer.
Manage recruitment-related content across appropriate social media and recruitment platforms.
Represent the Company at career fairs, campus recruitment activities and recruitment events.
Assist in developing recruitment campaigns, promotional materials and talent attraction initiatives that showcase the Company's culture, career opportunities and employee value proposition.

Employee Engagement Support

Plan, organize, and coordinate company activities, employee engagement programs, team-building initiatives, celebrations, and other internal events in collaboration with relevant departments.
Develop activities that encourage employee engagement, teamwork, collaboration, recognition, and alignment with company culture.
Evaluate the effectiveness of activities through employee feedback and participation levels, and recommend improvements for future programs.
