Job summary

HireHub Group is seeking a Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager to grow the recruitment and manpower solutions business in Malaysia. You will drive new business, build client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery.

The role involves lead generation, client meetings, and coordinating recruitment services across blue-collar, local and expatriate hiring. Strong sales drive and multilingual communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Own transport is required.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, confident and comfortable with cold calling and approaching new clients.
• Result-oriented and motivated by targets and commission.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling, email outreach and other sales activities to identify and generate new leads.
• Develop new clients, particularly within the manufacturing industry.
• Identify potential companies with manpower and recruitment requirements.
• Arrange meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into successful business.
• Understand clients' manpower requirements and coordinate with recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
• Assist in handling different recruitment services including Blue Collar / Foreign Worker Recruitment, Local Worker Recruitment, Headhunting / White Collar Recruitment, Expats and Foreign Worker Services.
• Follow up on job requirements, interviews, offers, onboarding and other recruitment matters.
• Coordinate closely with clients, candidates, recruiters and operations teams.
• Prepare basic reports and sales updates.

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing recruitment and manpower solutions team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and coordinating with our internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation

• Conduct cold calling, email outreach and other sales activities to identify and generate new leads.
• Develop new clients, particularly within the manufacturing industry.
• Identify potential companies with manpower and recruitment requirements.
• Arrange meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into successful business.

Recruitment & Manpower Service Coordination

• Understand clients' manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
• Assist in handling different recruitment services, including:
  • Blue Collar / Foreign Worker Recruitment
  • Local Worker Recruitment
  • Headhunting / White Collar Recruitment
  • Expatriate Recruitment & Employment Pass Applications
  • Foreign Worker Management Services

• Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure recruitment assignments are completed successfully.

Client Management

• Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable recruitment or manpower solutions.
• Follow up on job requirements, interviews, offers, onboarding and other recruitment matters.
• Explore opportunities for additional services with existing clients.

Interview & Recruitment Support

• Assist in arranging and conducting candidate interviews where required.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Follow up on interview results, offers and candidate onboarding.

Coordination & Administration

• Coordinate closely with clients, candidates, recruiters and operations teams.
• Ensure proper follow-up from job order received until successful placement / onboarding.
• Prepare basic reports and sales updates.
• Perform other duties related to sales and recruitment operations as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred. Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply.
• Candidates without recruitment industry experience but with strong sales ability are encouraged to apply.
• Own transport is required.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong sales sense and business development mindset.
• Proactive, confident and comfortable with cold calling and approaching new clients.
• Result-oriented and motivated by targets and commission.
• Able to work independently as well as with a team.
• Willing to learn about the recruitment and manpower industry.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000
• Commission: Attractive commission structure
• Earning potential up to RM15,000/month based on performance and previous records
