Harvey Norman in Malaysia is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.

This role also handles employment passes, liaises with government agencies, and maintains HR systems. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business and 1–2 years of recruitment experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience; fresh grads with internship are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates through screening and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of employment passes and work permits.
• Liaise with government agencies for work passes processing.
• Update and maintain recruitment databases and tracking systems.
• Provide HR support and advice to new and existing staff.
• Stay updated on industry trends and employment laws.
