Job summary

BROWNFIELD is seeking an HR professional in Malaysia to support recruitment programs and the hiring process. You will coordinate on- and off-boarding, handle payroll-related tasks, and assist with employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a relevant degree, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. You will help ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and maintain HR records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3–5 years working experience.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask, plan and prioritize workload.
• Efficient time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, organized, diligent, flexible and able to think independently.
• Able to work independently under less supervision.
• A positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment programs and the hiring process.
• Coordinate and facilitate smooth on & off boarding processes.
• Handle payroll-related tasks including attendance tracking, overtime and claims.
• Support employee relations initiatives to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee HR operations to ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labor laws.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with audits and reporting requirements.
• Administer employee benefits and leave management.
• Maintain employee records and personnel files accurately.
• Coordinate employee development and manage HRDF applications and training records.
