Job summary

Adecco is seeking a proactive HRSS Analyst to support the evolution of HR operations across the SAPMENA Zone. The role focuses on HR process documentation, process validation, knowledge management and HR transformation support.

You will collaborate with HR subject matter experts and Workstream Leads across Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Rewards & International Mobility, and HR Administration to translate complex HR processes into clear, detailed Desktop Procedures that can be used consistently

Qualifications

• Strong ability to document HR processes clearly and accurately.
• Experience in creating desktop procedures (DTPs) is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with HR SMEs and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Create Detailed HR Process Documentation with screenshots.
• Collaborate with HR subject matter experts and Workstream Leads across functions.
• Validate and improve processes through test runs and feedback.
• Support knowledge management and go-live activities.
