Job summary

Adecco is seeking a proactive HRSS Analyst to support the evolution of HR operations across the SAPMENA Zone. The role focuses on HR process documentation, process validation, knowledge management and HR transformation support.

You will collaborate with HR subject matter experts and Workstream Leads across Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Rewards & International Mobility, and HR Administration to translate complex HR processes into clear, detailed Desktop Procedures that can be used consistently

Qualifications

• Strong ability to document HR processes clearly and accurately.
• Experience in creating desktop procedures (DTPs) is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with HR SMEs and go-live support.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised HRSS Analyst to support the evolution of HR operations across the SAPMENA Zone.

This role focuses mainly on HR process documentation, process validation, knowledge management and HR transformation support.

You will work closely with HR subject matter experts and Workstream Leads across functions including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Rewards & International Mobility, and HR Administration.

Your key responsibility will be to understand complex HR processes and translate them into clear, detailed and user-friendly Desktop Procedures (DTPs) that can be used consistently across different SAPMENA markets.

What You Will Do

1. Create Detailed HR Process Documentation

• Document HR processes step by step with a high level of accuracy.
• Create comprehensive and audit-ready Desktop Procedures (DTPs).
• Include mandatory screenshots for system actions and updates.
• Capture specific local requirements and differences across SAPMENA markets.

2. Work Closely With HR Subject Matter Experts

• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions.
• Understand how HR processes are currently performed.
• Ask relevant questions to clarify processes.
• Identify missing information or potential gaps in the workflow.

3. Validate and Improve Processes

• Conduct test runs to verify documented processes.
• Check that each process step is accurate and practical.
• Update documentation based on feedback from HR subject matter experts.
• Ensure the final documentation is accurate and user-friendly.

4. Support Knowledge Management and Go-Live

• Help build and maintain a central knowledge base / FAQ log.
• Provide support during the go-live phase.
• Help HR teams navigate and understand the new procedures.
• Contribute to a smooth transition to the new operating model.
