Job summary

WXL BIKERD SDN BHD is seeking an HR Executive to manage monthly payroll for Malaysia staff, ensure statutory contributions, and handle EA forms. The role covers employee records, onboarding/offboarding, recruitment coordination, and general HR support across multiple branches.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR or related field, with 1–2 years of HR experience, including payroll and recruitment. Strong organizational skills and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience with hands-on recruitment and payroll.
• Experience using SQL Payroll is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail in payroll and HR documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for Malaysia employees accurately and on time.
• Submit statutory contributions and related matters timely and accurately.
• Handle annual payroll submissions to LHDN and prepare EA Forms for employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare HR-related letters and documents.
• Assist with recruitment activities and maintain records.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Procure office assets and manage administrative needs.
• Manage petty cash across three branches and ensure proper reconciliation.
