Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and basic HR procedures.
• Familiarity with Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, and related records.
• Assist recruitment activities, posting jobs, screening, interviews, onboarding.
• Prepare employment-related documents and HR correspondence.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle staff inquiries and general HR matters.
• Assist with statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Monitor confirmations, contract renewals, HR timelines.
• Maintain HR systems and data integrity.
• Support policy implementation and confidentiality.
