Job summary

YF PACKAGING SDN. BHD, located in Merlimau Industrial Area, Melaka, is seeking an HR and Administration Executive. The role oversees payroll, statutory contributions, and the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.

You will manage attendance, foreign worker admin, and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a relevant diploma or degree and 3–5 years of HR/Administration experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or degree in HR/Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR/Administration experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp, PCB).
• Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, resignations, exits.
• Administer attendance, leave records, and biometric systems.
• Handle foreign worker admin: work permits, insurance renewals, FOMEMA registrations.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and learning & development initiatives.
• Advise on employee relations and disciplinary matters; conduct inquiries when required.
• Maintain confidential records and NDAs; liaise with DOSH, DOE, Bomba, MITI, JTK, and other agencies.
