Job summary

Synthomer is seeking an HR/payroll administrator to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in line with statutory regulations and company policies.

You will support day-to-day HR activities, prepare and issue employment letters, manage employee benefits, and maintain HRIS data to keep records complete and audit-ready. The role covers end-to-end payroll and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in full compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Assist day-to-day HR operations including employment letters and certifications.
• Administer employee benefits and maintain HRIS data accuracy.
• Support payroll end-to-end, including salary payments and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain payroll records, personnel files and audit readiness.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of payroll processes.
• Provide expatriate immigration support when required.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing and timely salary payments in compliance with regulations.
• Support HR administrative tasks including confirmations, transfers, promotions and resignations.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records; respond to payroll inquiries promptly.
