The role covers full employee life cycle management, handling inquiries from employees and managers, and ensuring policy-aligned HR administration.

The analyst will perform HR and payroll processing, data maintenance, and benefits administration, delivering accurate requests timely and escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field.
• 1-2 years HR experience, preferably in shared service or outsourcing.
• Familiar with SAP HR or other HRMS systems.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to handle multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Process HR and payroll transactions and lifecycle tasks.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries via phone or email.
• Maintain personnel and organizational data and ensure accuracy.
