Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an HR analyst to provide HR & Payroll transaction processing support as part of a world-class, high-performance shared service organization. Manage the full employee life cycle and serve as a contact for HR, Payroll, and Benefits inquiries.

You will perform HR operations including personnel data, organization data, time & attendance, benefits, and payroll processing, while identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring timely, accurate service to clients across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
• 1–2 years HR experience in shared service or outsourcing.
• Familiar with SAP HR or other HRMS systems.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to handle multiple requests.
• Experience processing outsourced HR for multiple countries.
• Experience in large, diverse teams.
• Highly meticulous; excellent written and spoken English.
