Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. is seeking an HR Analyst to provide HR and payroll transaction processing support within a high-performance shared service environment.

You will manage employee lifecycle activities, handle inquiries related to HR, Payroll and Benefits, and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and local laws. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR Management, 1–2 years of HR experience, and familiarity with SAP HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience, preferably in shared services or outsourcing.
• Familiar with SAP HR or other HRMS systems.
• Excellent writing, reading and speaking skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR & Payroll transaction processing support for clients.
• Manage full employee life cycle and act as a contact for HR, Payroll and Benefits inquiries.
• Perform HR administration in line with policy and country-specific legislation.
• Process payroll and verify payments; assist with time & attendance and benefits data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support client requests timely.
