JAC Recruitment in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Manager to oversee payroll, HR operations and policy implementation for a retail business across multi-site operations in Petaling Jaya.

The role requires ensuring compliant payroll processing, maintaining HRIS records, and partnering with hiring managers to recruit retail store staff and corporate roles, with a strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, BA or related field.
• 5–8 years HR experience with at least 3 years payroll.
• Experience in retail, FMCG or multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory regulations.

Responsabilités

• Ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing.
• Coordinate payroll audits and ensure compliance with government regulations and statutory contributions.
• Prepare payroll reports, headcount reports, and manpower cost analysis for management.
• Review and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations.
• Manage employee records and HRIS systems while maintaining data confidentiality.
• Partner with hiring managers to recruit retail store employees and corporate staff.
