• Experience in handling client escalations.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain client files and work instructions.
• Perform end-to-end payroll functions.
• Prepare statutory submissions like tax returns and pension submissions.
• Ensure accurate invoicing for clients.
• Adhere to industry standards and guidelines.
