You will assist in recruitment, payroll, training, employee relations, and compliance while contributing to cost controls and process improvement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient HR services and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in HR covering core functions, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands-on payroll, recruitment, training, HRIS, and ER experience.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law and statutory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder handling and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, with problem-solving aptitude and confidentiality.
• Experience in HR digitalization and process improvement.
• Project and change management capabilities.
• High integrity and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations, recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
• Assist in programs like performance reviews, goal setting, bonuses, and engagement.
• Contribute to HR strategy implementation, HRIS improvements, and reporting.
• Develop and enhance HR process management systems.
• Drive HR digital transformation and automation initiatives.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring the HR budget.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
