Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a customer service or call centre environment, and strong communication skills to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in customer service or call centre.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the organisation.
• Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented approach with diplomacy for sensitive employee matters.
• Proficient in HR software and database management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate and deliver training and development programs.
• Assist with performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and reviews.
• Provide employee support and manage employee relations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business strategy.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
