• 6+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Hands-on payroll, HR operations and employee relations experience.
• Knowledge of labour laws and compensation & benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Administer and maintain the HRMS with data integrity.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle compensation, benefits, allowances and payroll deductions per policy.
• Prepare HR and payroll reports & analytics for workforce planning.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and employer branding initiatives.
• Address industrial relations matters including grievances and investigations.
• Support HR audits, compliance, and reporting requirements.
