Job summary

TK Elevator Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Generalist to manage onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and employee records. You will support recruitment, training records, and compliance with theEmployment Act.

The role requires strong communication, ability to handle multiple priorities, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS. You will work closely with teams to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and industrial relations practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare employment contracts, transfer letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee personal files and HR database.
• Ensure employee records are updated and maintained accurately.
• Monitor probation, contract renewal, and confirmation status.
• Administer leave management and attendance records.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate arrangements.
• Prepare recruitment-related documentation.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires.
• Coordinate training programs and employee development activities.
• Maintain training records and HRD Corp documentation.
• Monitor mandatory training compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Participate in HR policy review and SOP development.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Organize employee engagement programs, sports activities, wellness initiatives, townhalls, and company events.
• Assist in employee surveys and action plans.
