NUH Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Executive to support daily HR operations across recruitment, payroll, and HR administration in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain employee records, assist in attendance and contract renewals, and help implement HR policies while coordinating with managers.

Fresh graduates welcome; strong MS Office skills and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Admin, IR or related field.
• Experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll or HR administration is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and HR practices.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good organisational, analytical and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and handle different HR functions according to business needs.

Aufgaben

• Support daily HR operations and ensure HR processes are carried out efficiently.
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Assist in managing employee attendance, leave, overtime, confirmation, contract renewal, resignation and termination processes.
• Prepare HR letters, reports, memos and other employment-related documents.
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Assist with payroll preparation and verification of attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions and other payroll-related information.
• Coordinate employee benefits, claims and statutory contribution matters.
• Assist in handling employee enquiries, grievances and workplace-related matters.
• Prepare and update HR reports, manpower records, recruitment trackers and employee statistics.
