Job summary

ENPROSERVE (M-HQ) SDN BHD seeks a proactive Human Resources Executive to support day-to-day HR operations in Malaysia. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and HR documentation, ensuring accurate records and compliance with local laws.

You will manage employee lifecycle activities from posting jobs to offboarding, maintain confidential files, assist in policy updates, and respond professionally to employee inquiries while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of HR experience.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview arrangements, and follow-ups.
• Manage onboarding, probation, confirmation, and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents: employment letters, confirmation letters, etc.
• Maintain employee records and confidentiality.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and other attendance-related matters.
• Prepare and verify monthly payroll information including adjustments and deductions.
• Handle statutory contributions and submissions: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB.
• Address employee inquiries, workplace issues, and disciplinary matters.
• Follow up on probation reviews and performance appraisals.
• Assist in updating HR policies and Employee Handbook.
